When we drink soda, sugar and caffeine into the body to reduce our energy, few cared. Effects of soda we drink in the long run. Here's a brief overview, in recent years:

1. You will be fatter
Research in the Nurse Health Study says drink soda every day of the week will put on weight 4.5 kg in four years.

2. Risk of diabetes increases
Nurses Health study says women who drank soda were more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.

3. Higher risk of heart disease
The study, published in 2007 in the journal Circulation of the American Heart Association, people who drink soda every day for four years had a 25 percent increased risk of blood sugar levels and 32 percent get the good cholesterol.

4. Tend to be healthier
In several studies, including studies published in Circulation in 2007, showed that diet soda has some similar effects on health such as drink another soda, despite having little or no sugar. Because drinking soda is an unhealthy lifestyle.
