Overeating can be health problems, especially if you maintain weight. Simple ways you can help avoid excessive appetite.
1. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Dehydration can actually cause us to increase appetite.
2. Eat smaller portions, four or five times a day, do two or three large servings. This method is good for the body's metabolism and keep hunger.
3. Do not miss meals. This will only cause you to overeat.
4. Limit the amount of fatty foods and sugar.
5. Increase the amount of fiber in your diet. Fiber expands in the stomach so it helps keep you full for long.
6. Eat at home, eating out as restaurant portions tend to have more.
